The traditional method

The secret of foaming

Our Loire cremants are developed according to the traditional method, a rigorous process guaranteeing fine and delicate bubbles. After a first fermentation in tank, the wine is bottled with a draw liquor, causing a second fermentation which gives birth to natural excitement . This meticulous process makes it possible to obtain a perfect balance between freshness and aromatic complexity.

Patient breeding for optimal quality

Each bottle then rests on slats for at least 12 months, allowing aromas to develop fully. This cellar maturation gives our wines their aromatic complexity and their inimitable freshness. Our cellars, with ideal humidity and temperature conditions, ensure a harmonious evolution of wine until its tasting.

Our selection

Exceptional cuvées

Our range consists of wines with varied profiles, natural crude , without adding sugar after disgorgement, extra-dry cuvées, softer and fruity. Each bottle expresses the unique identity of our Loire Valley terroir. Loire sparkling wine thus reveals all the richness of its origin, offering a palette of aromas ranging from floral notes to brioche nuances.

Environmental production of the environment

HVE 3 practices (high environmental value). This label attests to our commitment to viticulture that respects biodiversity and soils. We favor natural techniques to preserve the balance of our terroir and guarantee exceptional wines, authentic reflections of our region.

Agreements & Service

Festive bubbles for each moment

Our sparkling wines accompany both a friendly aperitif as a refined meal. The Loire Crémant goes perfectly with seafood, while the pink version sublimates fruity desserts. Thanks to their freshness and elegance, our cremants also find their place during weddings, birthdays or simple moments of pleasure.

Tasting advice

To fully appreciate our cremants, serve them very fresh, between 6 and 8 ° C. An opening a few minutes before tasting allows the aromas to express themselves fully. We also recommend the use of suitable flutes in order to preserve the finesse of bubbles and to exalt the aromatic subtleties of wine.

Faq

What is the difference between a sparkling wine and a Crémant?

A sparkling wine designates any wine containing carbon dioxide, while the term “Crémant” designates an appellation with strict specifications. In the Loire, the Crémant de Loire must be harvested manually and the bubbles are obtained naturally by a second fermentation in the bottle. This distinction guarantees a higher quality level and a rigorous production method.
