Our Crémants de Loire are the result of precise and demanding winemaking, faithful to the traditional method, the same as that used in Champagne. From the first fermentation, every effort is made to preserve the aromatic purity of the grapes. The second fermentation in the bottle—known as prise de mousse—naturally creates a fine, elegant, and persistent bubble, the true signature of our cuvées. Each step is meticulously controlled to guarantee a perfect balance between freshness, intensity, and finesse.

Aged on lees to reveal the full richness of the wine

The bottles rest for many months on their racks, protected from light, allowing the wine to develop its full aromatic complexity. This cellar aging imparts structure, roundness, and a beautiful depth. The initial fruity aromas are enriched over time with subtle toasty and brioche notes, resulting in a silky, refined, and luscious palate. Each tasting then becomes an exceptional moment.

Crémant de Loire Extra-Dry – The perfect balance between freshness and sweetness

With a dosage of 12 to 17 grams of sugar per liter, our Extra-Dry Crémant delights with its perfectly balanced roundness. Less dry than a brut but just as refreshing, it offers a subtle balance between vivacity and richness. Its delicate sweetness highlights the aromas of white-fleshed fruit, flowers, and fine, airy bubbles. Ideal for aperitifs, fruit desserts, or celebrations throughout the year.
