Crafted according to the exacting standards of the traditional method, our Crémants de Loire are the result of meticulous and passionate work. After initial fermentation in vats, the magic happens during the second fermentation in the bottle—the famous prise de mousse—which naturally creates the fine and delicate effervescence that is the true signature of our cuvées. Every step is rigorously controlled, from grape selection to aging on lees, to guarantee elegant, persistent, and perfectly integrated bubbles.
Aging on lees enhances the aromas
Our bottles rest for several months on their lees in the darkness of our cellars, an essential maturation period to reveal the full aromatic complexity of the wine. This extended aging refines the aromas of white and yellow fruits, which slowly evolve towards more subtle notes of brioche, hazelnut, and dried flowers. The result: a Crémant that is lively, refined, and generous, perfect for all special occasions as well as simple moments to celebrate.
Raw – balance and freshness
With a dosage between 0 and 12 g/L, our Crémant Brut offers the perfect balance between vivacity and richness. Its freshness on the palate, supported by a lovely tension, makes it an ideal partner for aperitifs, seafood, or light desserts. A must-have for all lovers of fine sparkling wines.
