Crafted using the traditional method, our Crémant de Loire Rosé Brut embodies elegance and mastery. After initial fermentation in vats, a second fermentation in the bottle—a key stage in the creation of the sparkling wine—reveals a fine, vibrant, and persistent effervescence. This method, combined with a rigorous selection of grape varieties, guarantees a high-quality sparkling rosé wine with delicate bubbles and immediate appeal.
Aged on lees for a subtle and luscious palate
Our bottles rest on their lees for several months, a patient aging process that allows for a subtle and nuanced aromatic development. This meticulous care reveals a rich and balanced palette of flavors: notes of small red fruits (strawberry, redcurrant, raspberry) intertwine with floral and slightly brioche-like touches. On the palate, the texture is fresh, round, and refined—a true pleasure with every sip.
