We had the pleasure of receiving the 3rd Segpa class from Saint-Joseph La Pommeraye college this Monday. In order to introduce them to our know-how and the various trades that revolve in a vineyard, Carl offered them a discovery of our work from the vine until the bottling.
The students were able to spend time in the vineyards while Carl taught them how to harvest while explaining all the work upstream on the vineyard during its dormant and then growth phase.
The group later returned to the estate and was able to visit the press room in full activity, the winery, the packaging room as well as our space dedicated to the development of our Loire cremants.
We hope to have been able to transmit to these young people this piece of heritage that is wine in French culture.
