The Saumur Champigny vineyard extends over an exceptional soil: the tuffeau, a typical limestone rock from the Loire Valley. Light, porous and perfectly draining, this unique terroir forges wines of great elegance, combining finesse, freshness and minerality. It allows the Cabernet Franc to express themselves with purity, giving birth to covers that are both flexible, balanced and intensely expressive. This geological wealth is the base of authentic and singular wines, faithful reflections of their origin.

A temperate climate, accomplice of maturity

Bathed by the soft influence of the Loire, the Saumur Champigny vineyard benefits from a temperate climate which promotes a slow and progressive maturation of the grapes. The alternation between light days and fresh nights develops refined aromas of red fruits, sweet spices and flowers. Mostly developed from Cabernet Franc, sometimes subtly completed by Cabernet Sauvignon, this wine reveals a perfect balance between freshness, fruity and complexity.
