Emblematic grape varieties
Our Red Anjou "Domaine Delaunay" comes from the Cabernet Franc grape. This variety gives wine a beautiful structure, aromatic richness and pleasant flexibility in the mouth. The Cabernet Franc brings floral and spicy notes.
An exceptional terroir, source of authenticity
Our vines thrive on unique soil, mixing shale and clay-limestone, which gives wine a marked minerality and an unequaled aromatic depth. This exceptional terroir produces light and fruity wines, perfectly suited to gastronomy. The exposure in hillsides offers optimal maturation of grapes, promoting the development of subtle flavors and remarkable complexity. Each bottle is the pure reflection of this exceptional earth, where each grape reaches its full expression.
Fruity, elegant and subtle wines
Our red Anjou are distinguished by their bewitching aromas of red fruits, such as the cherry and raspberry, which intertwine harmoniously to offer a refined tasting experience. Their perfectly balanced structure, associated with flexible tannins, in fact accessible wines, of great freshness and pleasantly easy to drink. These wines, both young and delicately aged, reveal over time an increased complexity, allowing connoisseurs to savor all the richness of their evolution. Whether in their youth or after a few years, they impose themselves as perfect companions for various dishes, combining immediate and potential for guard.
