A noble grape variety: the Cabernet Franc
Anjou Villages is mainly from Cabernet Franc (80% Cabernet Franc and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon), emblematic grape of the Loire Valley. It brings fine tannins and a beautiful aromatic complexity. Cultivated with rigor, this grape variety makes it possible to produce a structured and expressive wine, with generous aromas of black fruits and spices.
A rich and balanced terroir
Our vines flourish on clay-limestone soils, offering depth and elegance to wines. This terroir, combined with a temperate climate and an ideal exposure, promotes optimal maturation of the grapes. Each vintage thus reveals all the authenticity and richness of our vineyard.
Careful vinification
Our vinification methods favor a gentle extraction to preserve the integrity of the fruit and tannins. The Anjou villages are then raised for 9 months, in tank or in barrels depending on the cuvées, which gives them a silky texture and a remarkable aromatic depth.
Magnum format: a choice of prestige
Proposed in magnum format, this wine benefits from slower and harmonious aging, ideal for developing all its complexity over time. Perfect for special occasions, the Magnum also offers better preservation and a remarkable visual impact at the table.
